We bake fresh to order and unfortunately anything sooner usually isn’t possible (feel free to check though - we love to help if we can!). We will contact you regarding collection, however please note that if you order outside business hours it will be ready for collection in business hours the next following day.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BUTTERY BROOKIES

Buttery Brookies are tastiest when eaten within five days and at room temperature when the filling is at its fluffiest. Keep them in an airtight container, or if it is warm (32 degrees or over) keep them in the fridge. Just remember to take them out of the fridge with some time to spare, before you plan to eat them.
