HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BUTTERY BROOKIES
Buttery Brookies are tastiest when eaten within five days and at room temperature when the filling is at its fluffiest. Keep them in an airtight container, or if it is warm (32 degrees or over) keep them in the fridge. Just remember to take them out of the fridge with some time to spare, before you plan to eat them.
